WELCOME TO Zion International Ministries (ZIM) dba Inner City Student Athletes initiative

ZIM is an active 501 (c)(3) Church entity. ZIM Church MENTORS youth character and IDENITY (ages 5-17) in Columbus Ohio Inner City neighborhoods. Proposed Charter School K-5 Sports & Arts Academy in City of Columbus School System. Zion International Ministries Inc. (“referred hereon as “Company”) was founded in 2015 by Harold Vincent Franklin aka Pastor Vincent to prevent youth incarceration - focus on reducing violence within inner city neighborhoods, Company acquired it’s IRS 501c3 status February 2017 as a nonprofit Church entity under trade name Christian Media Center, and since March 2019, amended “Inner City Student Athletes initiative (ICSA)”. Pastor Vincent is Senior Pastor & Company President -Board of Directors 50+ years living in Columbus inner city neighborhoods with other BOD members Ed Thurman Jr, Electrician, Los Angeles CA and Ben Harry, Digital Photography, Atlanta, GA.

The HOMELESS GUY

In every town there are people who roam around without any known place of residence, panhandling, yet remaining to seem harmless : this is HOMELESS GUY in markrtown, Ohio. Caucation, young, uses leverage in communication by art of persuasion as empathtic hand out.

THE CORNER STORE OWNER

Being a foreigner foreigner form another country, STORE OWNER is a slick hair savvy business owner that endures the "Homeless" constantly panhandling his customers often showing tough love and empathy. Very private and misterious - no doubt he carries a big stick!. no doubt he carries a big stick!.

The Hustler

THE HUSTLER, who has fell dependent on others, chooosing to be homeless, smelly with a deceptively mischievous scar on his forehead. At age of 24 HUSTLER never had a real job - and doesn't want one. He roams Marketown most times harmless, cleverly satisfying his wants and needs.

LIBRARIAN

If you're riding on the informationn highway, HARIAM THE LIBRARIAN has the hook up! As wife and mom of two, MARIAM CRENSHAW has one priority: making sure her young beautiful and sexy daught grows into an honest woman. And don't get it twisted, Mom sniffs out riff raff with deductive reasoning, in her sleep

BODY SHOP MECHANIC, TYRON CRENSHAW

Don't let the chiseled build and fully bald look scare you. TYRON CRENSHAW is average warm and loving husband that struggles with organizational skills for his Body Shop business. His timid conversation and skilled repairs keeps business and family afloat; flip side, he's a tornado of terror coming to sister's aid with dangerous neighborhood thugs.

DOLLAR MAN aka CRAIG SPENCER

DOLLAR MAN aka SPENCER is a multi-job enterpreur, living in a trailer on on a secluded street corner due to lifestyle of a party animal. Wired rim glasses, cool green jacket with raised collar and white T. It's not long that everyone finds out heis not 'hood rich, as advertised'.

SEASON ONE: SUMMARY

Even when you're around people you care about, and the good times keep coming, it is easy to get caught up in something to distract you. It happens to the best of us: some minor stress point or inconvenience gets in our way, so that it's the only thing we can think about at all. During times like that, you want to feel sure that you can turn to someone you care about. The right people can make all the difference. Street Just'Us is an upcoming animated series about twelve people who live in the same urban neighborhood. Through stress, through inconvenience, and through all of the other ups and downs of their lives, they manage to smile and to find time for each other, striving for upward mobility all the time. This is an uplifting, positive series, perfect for teaching young people about self-love and empathy in a way that is fun and inclusive.

Strengths

1. Animation video industries are known for sticking to its project and this enable different players within the market to manage – time, project costs, and have sustainable margins on the projects.

Weakness

1. The stress on hiring functional specialists within the market has created an environment where the organization is dominated by functional specialists rather than management generalist. This has resulted into product oriented approach rather than marketing oriented approach or consumers oriented approach. 2. The disruption in the global supply chains because of the Covid-19 pandemic and blockage of the Suez Canal illustrated the fragile nature of the industry supply chain. The industry is still heavily dependent upon the existing supply chain. The existing supply chain though brings in cost 3. efficiencies but it has left the industry vulnerable to further global disruptions in South East Asia. The organizational structure of the industry is dominated by functional specialists. It is not different from other players in the Strategy & Execution segment. 4. To increase the profitability and margins on the products, companies within the industry need to provide more differentiated products than what it is currently offering in the marketplace.

Opportunities

1. The industry organizations can leverage digital technologies such as artificial intelligence and machine learning to automate the production process, customer analytics to get better insights into consumer behavior, realtime digital dashboards to get better sales tracking, logistics and transportation, product tracking, etc. 2. By establishing new metrics that will be used to evaluate both existing and potential players can not only reduce the costs of the project but also help it in integrating the projects with other processes within the organization. 3. 5G expansion will open new opportunities for the distribution of the videos by the companies in the field of marketing communication. It will bring down the cost of doing business, provide technology platform to build new products in the Strategy & Execution segment, and it will provide faster access to the consumers. 4. Consumer behavior has changed in the Strategy & Execution industry because of Covid-19 restrictions. Some of this behavior will stay once things get back to normal. The companies within this sector can take advantage of these changes in consumer behavior to build a far more efficient business model. For example, consumer regular subscriptions/ordering of products can reduce both last mile delivery costs and market penetration costs. The companies within the market can further use this consumer data to build better customer loyalty, provide better products and service collection, and improve the value proposition in inflationary times. 5. Animation Industry has focused on building a highly responsive customer relationship management platform. This platform is built on in-house data and driven by analytics and artificial intelligence. The customer analytics can help the organization to fine tune its loyalty marketing efforts, increase the wallet share of the organization, reduce wastage on mainstream advertising spending, build better pricing strategies using personalization, etc. 6. Covid-19 has impacted working population in two ways – it has led to people soul searching about their professional choices, resulting in mass resignation. 1. Easy access to finance in Strategy & Execution field will also reduce the barriers to entry in the industry, thus putting downward pressure on the prices because of increasing competition. Animation companies can utilize it by borrowing at lower rates and invest it into research and development, capital expenditure to fortify its core competitive advantage. 2. Competition is fiercer than before within the industry since many individuals and companies are entering the industry. 3. The biggest animation companies are outsourcing their work to low-wage countries. When businesses hire locally, it’s nearly impossible to get a job with them due to outrageous demands.
